About Jim Woessner

Jim is a 4th-generation Northwest Native, born and raised in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. He has been active in Real Estate as a builder and developer for over 16 years while raising his family here in beautiful Northwest Washington. In 2016, Jim joined Better Homes and Gardens McKenzie Realty and became the team's Managing Broker.

 

Jim uses his experience and foresight to proactively address potential concerns before problems arise, which is one of many reasons why he is the Top closing agent on all of Whidbey Island. He is also very passionate about giving back to the local community, and recently became a City Councilman with the City of Oak Harbor in addition to his volunteer work with The Rotary Club of Oak Harbor and his past role as President of the Oak Harbor Lions Club.
