We are seeking highly motivated Real Estate Agents to become part of our fast growing and award winning Real Estate Team on Whidbey Island!
The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting clients with their real estate needs.
Knowledge/Skills:
Must possess high character and integrity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional telephone skills — ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
Organizational and time management skills
Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
Learning based
Team player
WA State Real Estate License
Compensation:
This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission-based and provides unlimited potential. A state accredited real estate license is required before you can join our team.
