JOB DUTIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Proficient in Social media advertising and platforms. Such as Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTock, YouTube, Blogs and more. Skilled in Google Suite, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Videography etc.
  • Providing administrative support in the admin dept, to include preparation for agent accountability meetings, office meetings, coaching calls, goal setting, and daily accountability reports for leads.
  • Manage calendars, screen incoming calls and email correspondence, and determine priority and respond appropriately.
  • Be able to run queries, export/import data, launch plans and activities, maintain/track referrals, create/update templates in a database/CRM.
  • Plans, coordinates, and set up for approximately 4-5 major events throughout the year.
  • Role consists of the overall day to day management of a top real estate office with the goal of improving systems, business functions and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Langley, WA 98260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
